Firmly grounded in reality but with a respect for all beliefs. Using a practical self empowerment approach that accepts you are shaped by your past and environment, but by focusing on the positive, does not allow you to shake off your personal responsibility to be the best you can.

Experience & Qualifications

I qualified as a Life Coach in 2007 although my journey in personal development started many years before. Throughout my life and career spanning over 20 years I have taken on many responsible roles, led teams and nurtured others both in voluntary and paid situations.
As well as personal coaching I run a business consultancy assisting small businesses in growth and development issues both from a business and coaching perspective.
Outside of my working life I am a mother of four sons, all currently still in education. I am also active in my church community.
