Since retiring, I have worked at several physician offices including billing and collections at a cancer center. I have worked as a Vision Specialist, A/R specialist collecting on aged accounts. I helped a two year old Psychiatric Hospital in Myrtle Beach set up billing, collection, ICD9, and CPT4 procedures for Medicare. I established a Medicre log for the year end cost report. I ordered all HIM 10, HIM 15, and Provider Reimbursement Medicare manuals for this new hospital.
