As a former English teacher who joined the corporate world as a trainer I have a strong background in developing training programs for new products in the telecommunication industry as well as teaching customer service skills for call center and service employees. I have developed sales training for call center employees, created soft skill programs for service technicians and incentive programs for employees. I have a strong background training technical processes in an easy to understand format to both employees and customers.
I have a very strong background in correct business grammar and have developed programs for several businesses on the importance of proper grammar when interfacing with customers.
