I have worked in the culinary field for 12 years. My experience in cooking dates back to my childhood, to restaurants, commercial food service, catering, and retail. I grew up on a small farm and have a passion for natural foods and organics. My specialties are in latin foods, barbecue, and desserts. Currently I work for a large natural foods retailer and have extensive resources to find natural and organic products.
