I am a Mission High School graduate, class of 1986. After high scool, I attend the University of Southern California where I majored in the studies of Food, Nutrition, and Wellness. I also enrolled in classes in physical education. I graduated in the class of 1990 at USC. Durring the summer of 1990, I sent in applications to various schools around California and found my home for fourteen years at Jefferson High in Daily City. For the past two years, I have been a personal diet coach. My expertise: getting people, slim, happy, and healthy.

14 years as physical education and health teacher. For the past two years, I have been a personal fitness and diet coach and I love the job. So far my clients have lost countless pounds of weight and have seen great self-esteem improvements. Life expectancy has gone up, as well as happiness, and health.
