This guy clearly did not know what he was talking about, I got his help for an assignment and I ended up getting a D for the grade. He sounded nice at first, he just knows very little about the topic he claimed to know a lot about.

Awesome expert. Replies very quickly. Does not just give you the answers; goes over the answers with you to make sure you understand how they got it, and also asks you questions about it. Will ask you sample questions to see if you actually understand the concepts. Would definitely recommend to others.
