I've been around long enough to have seen the collective wisdom of the Big Five Management Consulting Firms boxed into ERP Systems ... I've seen statistical process control evolve into TQM, then transition into ISO9000 and most recently into SOX ... management fads come and go, but in the end good management is still pretty much common sense; it's about doing the right things at the right time.
