I have a over 20 years of experience in computer repair and troubleshooting computers and computer programs.
As a mobile desktop support individual I provide support for companies and individuals networks and computers; including support of the VOIP phone systems; and network administration. I troubleshoot the problem, determine what is needed, set up systems, service the systems and networks. I also set up; test and configured hand held RF devices. I answer phone calls for technical support and training of the devices I had configured. I also assist in planning, installing, configuring, and testing and ensure the connection of wireless access points and servers; using WEP and WPA security. As a computer tech I install computers, repair computers and networks when needed at various government facilities.
