I have been in communications technology and satellite communications companies all of my career. Most recent I helped turn around the operation of SDN Global so that the company could grow from $1M in revenue to $10M in 3 years. We did this by developing a complete integrated business management system which contained all aspects of quote management, CRM, NMS, event management, AR, AP, inventory control. As a result of this effort our company was awarded a very high score by D+B in their customer satisfaction survey and also we were given recognition by our audit firm for being the only company of our size who had a perfect inventory audit! Of course, all of this was a team effort, but it was the team I had put in place.
