I can teach you 100's of interesting and efficient Calisthenics programs you can do anywhere anytime. Many of these I learned while training for my career in the military.

Worked under Master Trainer in private gym/day spa
Former Navy SEAL candidate, I have trained with the best of the best in economy of fitness, strength training, calisthenics, running, swimming and injury prevention.
I am in the process of certification in Physical Therapy for those with spinal injuries, as it is with Rehabilitation, a doctor must be present or overlook your training regimen and give his OK before you can start (For those with serious injury)
