Take it from someone who's been there. Sure paying thousands of dollars for someone who has a degree, to tell you something they've only read about, is great... but I can tell you from personal experience. Whether it be from my family going through it, and my messed up childhood, to my own mental health. You'll be getting advise from a first hand source. I deal anywhere from being bipolar, depressed, having massive anxiety attacks... to your parents being alcoholics or drug addicts or pretty much anything else.

I'm bipolar, my father is schizophrenic, my mother is bipolar and an alcoholic, my sister is a closet depression case, my fiance is in emotional denial, and every aunt and uncle i have on my moms side, are hypochondriacs, drugs/alcohol addicts, bipolar, depressed, homicidal , suicidal, well, lets just say, they could use some advice as well. Lucky for me, I've finally figured out a way to keep calm, even in the most hopeless of situations.
