I have been working as an Intellectual Property/Idea Consultant for Kedekko for two years, where I have participated directly in helping individuals and organizations to refine, develop and grow their products, services and experiences.
For product development, I helped developed a product that is under development by WD-40 currently. I have developed 8 other innovative products in the past two years that help companies attain higher market share.
In service development, I have successfully started and run 3 businesses of my own, and developed 20 more service-oriented businesses. I have helped many more to add unique/creative aspects to their services to flush out the competition and make them stand out even more.
In experience development, I have created user and customer experiences for existing services/companies where the customers were able to enter the service excited, and maintain their excitement throughout the entire process.
