Brian received his Bachelor of Arts from LaGrange College in 1992 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Stetson University College of Law in 1996. After being admitted to the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, Brian pursued a residential and commercial real estate practice as a solo practitioner. During this time as well, Brian has developed his Wills, Trusts and Estates practice. Brian is also heavily engaged in a corporate practice. Brian has closed complex commercial deals such as the Walmart shopping center in Albany, Georgia. He is also very knowledgeable about reverse mortgages, which he has closed for over 10 years. Brian is trained to do Domestic and Civil Mediations in Georgia.
