In my ten years of experience as a student of psychology and social science, I have nurtured my deep passion for exploring the individual nature of what it means to be human. My own commitment to continued education and experience continue to evolve and inform this personal and professional journey.
Mental health counseling is a collaborative partnership based on trust, unconditional positive regard, non-judgment and full confidentiality. As a helping professional, I am committed to the highest level of ethical and professional standards. I am dedicated to offering unconditional respect, effort and commitment to each consultation relationship, however, it must be understood that your willingness to engage, explore and commit to your own process is absolutely necessary to the success of this relationship.
My services often incorporate the use of and suggestions for expressive arts activities, which allows clients other avenues for exploration, examination and communication. Having personally experienced the expressive arts process in my own search for balance and optimal wellness I am confident in its capacity to promote growth.
