have been constantly switching between web applications and desktop applications during my career.
Having begun with Java/Swing and some backend modules for a telecom network management application, I have afterwards been involved in an Enterprise Content Management project developing in C# (client application) and J2EE (server). I worked in both parts of the application, developing each module as a whole (user interface + integration with the server + server actions).
Currently, I have been creating custom software solutions (mostly CRUD and reporting) using either C# for desktop applications or Java for web applications (with MVC based frameworks) .
