They are waiting for the 'rest of the class to 'catch up'. They are starting to look for 'trouble' to get into. They need hands-on learning and don't test well. They have 'racing brains', full of creative ideas - then turn around and act 'very young' at times. They want more 'teacher time' - and the teacher's solution is "Ritalin". They are getting lazier. Smart-Kids Coaching provides an unique customized learning system for students ages 9-26 (fourth grade through grad school).
Think of access to education as a "learning wheel". Smart-Kids Coaching is the "hub". We provide case management and counselling services to parents or high school graduates pursuing university studies. Our platform is modeled after the Canadian and U.S. Olympics: we provide communication / mediation between the family (or older student) and teacher / professors, relatives, community role models, religious and/or sports, and medical professionals. We build a team of experts and educational programs around the student - each forming a "spoke" on the "wheel". We source community mentors, scholarships, bursaries, educational travel, leadership training and team-building opportunities.
Research: Smart-Kids Coaching provides a cutting edge program through continuous raw research education studying and sourcing for the best programs available in North America for our brightest students - our Leaders of Tomorrow.

Experience & Qualifications

Founder and Principal Director of Smart-Kids Coaching. President of Tomorrow's Leaders International - which sources sponsors and funds for Gifted and high cognitive ability students, especially students with learning challenges. Crisis counsellor and advocate - assisting people with 'cutting through red tape', and mediation: 15 years experience. 20+ years as a professional researcher in socio-economic /poli-sci research (applicable for writing challenging educational material for "smart kids".) Mentor to three Gifted students. Grew up as a Gifted "fast tracked" student.
