I have a great passion for Mathematics; this is why I have always been able to assist students to learn effectively and to develop positive attitudes and behaviours. I believe I have developed exceptional teaching and learning strategies, I have accumulated a vast mathematical knowledge and skills, and I have experienced great success in developing my students’ understanding of Mathematics. One of my aims as a teacher is to bring out the full potential in each student. With all my students I try to ensure that they feel I believe in them and that they have the ability to succeed in the subject(s) I teach.

Experience & Qualifications

Currently I am teaching Maths to Years 7 to11 students in the UK. Previously I had taught Mathematics to students from Year 5 to Year 12 in Australia. I had been the Head of the Maths Departments at three high schools in Australia. I have also developed and coordinated numeracy programs. I taught first year university level maths through the University of Melbourne, Australia. I had run my own private tuition business, Mathematics for Excellence. I had also published a workbook 'How to Learn the Times Tables'.
