11+ years of office and onsite construction experience ranging from private multifamily developments to large scale commercial and institutional projects in excess of $500M while employed by Jacobs Engineering Group and large-scale private development companies. Much of my experience was dedicated to reducing financial risk through program planning and procurement, developing and refining complex contract agreements, and managing the majority of each project’s financial budgeting and cost tracking.
