I received my training at the Southwest Institute for Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. I will be pursuing Martha Beck’s Life Coach Training program in 2010.
Life coaching came as a 'second career' for me; I initially worked in a behind-the-scenes healthcare job, and decided I was put on this earth to help people more directly! Since choosing to follow that new direction, I have had the honor of working with several clients both in their personal and professional lives, as well as being a speaker at Laid Off Camp Phoenix 2010. I have also had my blog featured by Martha Beck (known as 'America's Life Coach) on her Facebook site. I also have a personal narrative about my inspirational cat, Karma, that will be published by All You magazine in June 2010.
My 'home base' is in Chandler, Arizona, and am available for telecoaching as well as sessions that take place in person. I have had clients in other time zones, thanks to the wonders of technology! With regards to my Phoenix clients, I meet with them at central locations, such as Starbucks or other businesses, for sessions.
Besides helping others achieve their goals, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, as well as volunteering for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America and Mayday Pit Bull Rescue-two worthy causes that hit close to home.
