I have helped a wide range of people to live more fulfilling lives. I have worked with all sorts of people from college students, seriously and persistently mentally ill individuals, senior executives, couples, and all sorts of people in between.
I meet you where you are, while gently pulling you forward to assist you in achieving your goals. I will challenge and support you, drawing on my extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, existential therapy, positive psychology, and psychodynamic theory.
