I personally, have celiac disease, I was born with the disease and have had many complication and surgeries due to the illness, before I was diagnosed.
I went back to school to earn my nutritionist certificate to help people with the disease and others with food allergies, weight problems or people who just want to be healthy. I am the founder/president of the Gulf Coast Celiac Foundation and owner/manager of Celiac Health Management.
I have also written books, articles and e-books about celiac disease, healthy living, weight management and food allergies for nutrition companies as well as websites and myself.
