Experience & Qualifications

I worked in a gym environment for almost 2 years, but I have many years of physical training under my belt from playing sports, to being in the military. I worked for Powerhouse Gym and World Gym as a personal trainer. I have provided clients with fitness workouts as well as nutrition advise. I am currently training clients privately on a part time basis. My personal fitness achievements: I have ran 2 marathons and I am training for number 3, ran numerous half marathons, and I have done a sprint triathlon.
