Through his journey as a professor and researcher, then as a medical school dean, Wayne has become known for his personal service beyond expectations.
He found his calling in real estate after buying his first home in the competitive Southern California market. He soon bought and sold several properties on his own before becoming a real estate agent. After several friends and colleagues sought his help as first-time homebuyers and investors, buyers and sellers, he committed full-time to helping everyone with buying or selling their homes.

A former EMT, flight medic and medical coordinator in the Midwest, Wayne still remains active in emergency management as a member of the City of Santa Clarita’s and Los Angeles Fire Department’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and as an FCC-licensed Amateur Radio Operator. He spends many weekends in community drills and helping neighbors prepare for area disasters and emergencies.
He also dedicates time and resources for Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill Industries, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

In addition to my degrees, I hold Graduate REALTOR Institute, e-PRO, Quality Service Certified, Seniors Real Estate Specialists, and Transnational Referral Coordinator Certifications and Designations. Besides consistent daily work with my buyers and sellers in the competitive and progressive Southern California housing market, I strive for continuing education myself, currently pursuing education for my broker’s license, international property certification, commercial certifications, and for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative, among others. So you can rest assured that you are receiving the latest, most experienced information possible.
Before becoming a REALTOR, I was an investor myself, buying and selling several of my own homes. So I am experienced not just for the residential homeowner, but also for commercial and investment clients as well.
