I am a retired appliance technician that has done factory authorized service on most major U.S. brands of major appliances such as ranges,refrigerators,dishwashers,microwaves,and laundry equipment.I can help you determine if your problem is a failure of the appliance,or some other cause,and if it is easily corrected or not.This can help you avoid being taken advantage of by a dishonest repair person.If you feel you can repair it yourself I can,in most cases,give you step by step instruction on what to do if you are mechanically inclined.I will not tell you how to repair a piece of equipment that requires a certification of some kind,or that is dangerous for an inexperienced person to perform.Safety comes before saving money.
