I have over 15 years experience in training others in weight lifting, proper weight lifting techniques, how to stay injury free while working out, how to lose weight, how to eat to lose weight and proper nutrition. Even if you’re a beginner and never exercised before or you work out on a regular basis, I can help you to reach and maintain your fitness goals.

Experience & Qualifications

I currently teach group fitness exercises and one-on- one personal training at a large and very well known gym. I have also served 10 years in the United States Air Force as a drill instructor and have received extensive physical fitness training throughout my career. And of course I received an honorable discharge after my military service was up.
