I have been a Garde Manger Chef for a large fine-dining catering facility serving parties up to 5,000, An Executive Chef for a private university and am currently working as an Assistant Foodservice Director for a private boarding school.
I have done Full Service Event Planning and Private Catering and my recent focus has been on healthy cuisine where nothing is prepared using canned or jarred items to prevent food allergies or sensitivities or to increase overall well being.
