I've been working for 20 years in professional kitchens. Worked in some of the best kitchens in DC. Went to culinary school at Baltimore International Kitchen. Trained in French, Italian, American, and some Latino cuisines. I have a wealth of food knowledge to share. Butchering, sauce making, soup making, stocks, knowledge of many cooking techniques. Not to versed in baking.
I am available to answer any, and all cooking related questions. From basic home cooking, to preparing a gourmet meal, without breaking the bank. That's also easy to make, and you won't spend lots of time in the kitchen. =)
