Mostly jacked up American, French and German are what I do. DO NOT spend $60k on a culinary degree only to find you can get a job as a line cook for $12 an hour. The credential may be necessary if you have the desire and drive to become a world class chef, and maybe not even then. Sundays dinner just got a lot more fantastic with my help. I can teach you how to make a from scratch demi-glace.
