I am a Educated and experienced food expert with over 17 years of cooking experience. I am here to answer all of your questions regarding recipes, nutrition, wine, and menu planning.In addition,as a food consultant I offer assistance to anyone who is looking to start a food business or re-brand a food business. I can give expert advice about your food retailer, restaurant or another type of food business. In addition to the benefit of using me as your food consultant to help start or re-brand a food business, I provide specialized assistance or knowledge only when required. This alleviates the need to keep in-house experts on payroll, thereby shrinking overhead costs.

I have been cooking since I was a child. After I graduated
from high school I decided to turn my passion for food into a career. As a result, enrolled at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin, TX and received my Associates of Applied Science degree. I went to work as a Sous Chef for Brinker International restaurants. I am also a self-employed Consultant & Cooking Coach for Central Market and Central Texas restaurants. I also have extensive experience in catering and as a personal chef. Now I have decided to share my knowledge and skills with individuals who would like assistance with anything related to culinary arts. Bon Appetit
