I can provide help to someone who has no experience cooking or is "afraid" to cook. I will take the fear out of cooking everyday meals, from chicken to meat to fish as well as to great breads and desserts. I have a large collection of recipes that are basic, good, "friendly" foods that are sure to please the best gourmet chef as well as the pickiest eater. I believe a recipe should be simple and quick, with easy to find ingredients.

Although I have never accepted money for my cooking and baking, I have been offered. I have been told to open my own bakery, sell my meals, write a cookbook, etc. I have chosen not to because I cook and bake for my true passion of it, rather than for a profit. I love to share my knowledge and give lessons to anyone who asks. I have been asked to provide the meals and desserts at family and friend parties and well as for others' business parties.
