I have been cooking in Restaurant and Hotel kitchens for the past 17 years. I've helped open Hotel Restaurants owned by Grady Spears. I can help you with all your cooking needs. From outdoor bbq to a high 7 course meal. If you need catering assistance I can help you. I can also help you make a multitude of recipes, wine pairings, planning parties, cooking advice and tips, and any of your Culinary or cooking questions.

I am a Texas Restaurant Association and National Restaurant Association Certified Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Restaurant Chef, Pastry Chef, Culinarian, and ServSafe certified. I have also taken many Nutrition classes and have a Certificate in Nutrition as well. I've helped open up 2 of Grady Spears Restaurants. I've helped plan numerous menus as consultation for different Restauranteurs. I am opening my own restaurant in June/July. I have certification in Nutrition as well as Vegetarianism as a lifestyle. Vegetarians and Vegans are often neglected in the category of food. As well, I also have a band in which we perform around the Central Texas and Southeast Texas area. If it concerns Food or Music.
