I am the chef/owner of Chef on Call, Inc. Personal Chef Service based on Long Island, NY. I have 15 years cooking experience. I am a food writer, recipe tester, & cooking instructor. I cook for parties ranging in size from 2-50 and host interactive cooking parties where the guests get involved in the food preparation. I teach cooking lessons for individuals or groups.
