I was as an Executive Chef in the Baltimore area. I worked in such restaurants as Mt. Washington Tavern, Brass Elephant, Polo Grille, Jean Louis at The Watergate Hotel, and Citronelle. I am a Certified Executive Chef, by The American Culinary Federation. I have taught cooking classes Privately and for Kitchen & Company in Bel Air. I also volunteer for Share our Strength Program and Restaurant Association of Maryland's Prostart Program.
I have Graphic Design Degree, a Culinary Arts degree, and a B.S in Marketing. I am currently working on my MBA in Marketing from University of Baltimore. I have been in the wholesale produce business for over 10 years as a Director of Marketing, Operations Manager and Project Manager. This gives me unique perspective of retail, food service, and wholesale. I am a member of The American Marketing Association, The American Culinary Federation, (Board of Directors, Baltimore Chapter)and The Association of Photoshop Professionals.
