After culinary school and being diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I've spent the last 6 years studying foods from around the world, specifically the cultures whose cuisine do not include wheat and gluten. My focus in helping people is to encourage healthy and flavourful natural eating without using ingredients that contain gluten and avoiding cow dairy (which causes problems for may Celiacs).
I offer practical information, cultural knowledge, introduce nutritious options that can be prepared at home
and can be enjoyed by everyone, not just those with special diet requirements.
