2008 promoted to development chef. Working along side the sales and development manager I am responsible for creating samples for customer and poetical new customer. Developing chilled and frozen products and meals for the foods service , air line and retail sectors .
2003 promoted to team leader in cook house.
2002 promoted to deputy team leader in the cook house
2001 moved to Sarah Brownridge Whole Country Foods. A food manufacturing factory. Started to work in the cook house.
1999 moved to Monk Fryston Hall Hotel. Working as Sous Chef
1997 moved to the Black Bull Bouroghbridge. Working as Second Chef.
1995 started to work as second chef at the Harrogate Brassier. In the time I was there the Michel guide increased the rating from two knives and forks to three knives and forks.
1993 started to work as chef for catering agencies in and around Yorkshire and the Untied Kingdom.
1991 prompted to Restaurant and Bars and Banqueting Manager and then latter became the licensee of the hotel. But in 1993 I was made redundant form Crown Hotel Bouroghbridge as hotel put up for sale.
1990 moved to the Crown Hotel Bouroghbridge as Assistant Restaurant Manager.
1989 moved to the Petwood Hotel Woodhall Spa to be the Restaurant Manager.
1988 moved back to Lincolnshire to work for a new restaurant opening Mantles Fish Restaurant. Here I was working front of house as the restaurant manager for a thirty cover restaurant.
1987 went to work as Commis Chef at Shiplake Collage Henley on Thames
1984 started to work at the golf hotel wood hall spa full time as hall porter. Then moved back to the kitchen to work as Commis Chef. Taking 706 1 and 2 day release at Lincoln technical collage. Moved to work front of house in the restaurant bars and banqueting at the golf hotel.
1983 started to work part time and weekends in the tray wash at the golf hotel them moved on to be kitchen porter and then Hall porter.
