I am a seasoned technical writer and intranet web developer with more than 23 years in the business. I have come up from using the AS400 dumb terminals to test applications and write documentation in the late '80s to using the technology and OOD methods of today to interpret and test new methods, software and hardware and to document from those tests during QA and implementation.

Worked in Royal Caribbean's Data Warehouse shop and documented the warehouse policies, procedures, methodologies and white papers. Created a vibrant intranet site and document library system that is available through that site.
