I have a total experience of 3 years as a freelancer (Since 2004). Prior to freelance jobs, I worked as an Operation Manager with a Broadband Company (British Gas Telecom Venture known as Iqara Telecoms). My responsibilities involved Customer Service, Customer Data entry & Provisioning, RF Network Maintenance, Installations. I also worked & studied in the United States for Graduate Research Center at San Jose State University (Foreign Student Transcripts, Data Entry).
I have translated & written newspaper articles, medical survey, magazine articles for local institutions and community groups in Surat, India. My job assignments mainly involved writing, translation, data entry and Internet research.
