I have been in the brewing industry for more than 8 years and I was a professional brewer for more than 4 years. I am a judge at the Great American Beer Festival (and dozens of other festivals) and have hosted numerous beer and food dinners (and beer VS. Wine dinners) through my work as the Chief Beer Officer for Four Points by Sheraton Hotels. I am a Certified Beer Judge through the Beer Judge Certification Program and one of only 7 Cicerones in the world. (Like a Beer Sommelier). I also have taught professional and recreational beer courses at Culinary Institutes, written articles for numerous magazines and worked as a beer distributor. I was the 1st Beer Director for Draft Magazine and I run my own consulting firm for the Brewing Industry.
