My Expert Service

Everyone struggles with life from time to time. Everyone has burdens to bear. Sometimes, those burdens become too large and too heavy for us to carry alone. Many people have friends and family who are able to support them during our times of turmoil. However, from time to time, many of us require more help than they are able to provide. This is where licensed therapists come in. As a professionally trained and licensed therapist, it is my job and my joy to help you to deal with whatever issues you may be struggling with, be it depression, anxiety, grief, separation, guilt, or any other hardship that life may be presenting you.

Experience & Qualifications

I am a LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) and an LCDC (Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor). I have worked in many different fields within the realm of mental health, from prison counseling to family ministry. I have worked as a substance abuse counselor in a prison, a therapist working with abused and molested children and their families, a family and youth minister, a private-practice therapist, etc. I am currently the Executive Director of and primary therapist in a nonprofit Christian counseling center. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families facing almost every imaginable difficulty, and I would love to help you to figure out how to make your own life a little bit better and to make your burdens a little bit lighter. Please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.
