I have been a Professional Chef for 17 years with experience in the front of the house as well as the back of the house. I have trained dining room staff, and chef alike. My focus is teaching people about not only how to be profitable in restaurants, but to identify problems that are costing them.

17 years as a Chef, I have owned and operated my own Catering company for several years. During my career I've held positions ranging from Cook, to Asst. Food and Beverage Director, which gives me a unique perspective on getting the restaurant to work together as a whole.
