I am very comfortable in assessing the condition of the computer, determining what tools to use to remove virus and verifying that the machine is in a desirable condition. Depending on the atual issue, I can offer my customers ways to back up important data on the infected machine (pictures, videos, etc) or assist in retrieving data on an already infected machine.

I have 8 years experience in the Information Technology field. 2 of those years I supported customers of all backgrounds for a major Internet service provider which makes me very comfortable working with people of all skill sets. This included in assessing computers health, recovering from virus/malware/spyware infections. I have spent the last 6 1/2 years in the Healthcare I/T industry that has allowed me continue to use my skills to educate a diverse set of people to use technology to benefit them. I have experience supporting various versions of Windows Operating System (Windows 95-Windows 7). I am responsible for the health of over 200 networked computers which include proactive and reactive measures in their security. This includes supporting Microsoft Windows security, maintenance and updates as well as utilizing third party security suite systems (Firewall, Anti-Virus, etc) to protect the machines. I have just recently completed my B.B.A in Infrastructure Assurance from a Nationally Accredited and Ranked school in the field of Cyber Security. My primary studies were digital forensics, secure network design, intrusion detection and incident response. My education as well as my experience makes me an expert at securing your computer and protecting it from viruses, spam, malware, etc.
