Experience & Qualifications

I have 30 years experience as a weather forecaster, starting out in radio and then progressing to specialized forecasts for airlines, corporate jets, power companies, corporate farms, major motion pictures, and for wind power applications. I also specialize in forecasting severe weather and large scale changes in weather (such as heat waves and cold snaps) 15 to 30 days in advance.
I have also been a certified trainer for the Minnesota Office of Emergency Management (in the 1990s).
