Makes you hire first, then he lays prepares the reading and you lose about 2 to 3 minutes of him doing this first. Makes me mad when they ask you to hire first so then they prepare and then he didn't even answer my question. General information and generic as well. Wasn't impressed at all. I am glad I only lost a few dollars and ended the session. Not impressed at all.
