Experience & Qualifications

As an ordained Pastoral Counselor, I have been providing care and counseling to individuals and groups for 6 years. I hold a certificate in Life Coaching, Caring or People God's Way, and Critical Incident Stress Management from the American Association of Christian Counselors. I have also completed two courses of study in the Christian Growth Study Plan of Lifeway Ministries. My primary spiritual gift is encouragement and I love to help people grow in their Christian walk. I will be honest with you, tell you what you need to hear, hold you accountable and often suggest homework.
I've been married for 28 years and have 2 adult children (as well as a Boston Terrier and a 20 year old cat:). I teach a women's Sunday School Class and belong to a women's accountablility and fellowship group that meets bi-weekly. Previously, I was a Christian School Administrator and I currently am Chairman of the Board of Education for that same school. I've been a Christian since the age of 13 and love Jesus more every day.
