If you have suicidal thoughts, it's important that you seek help
immediately. You are not alone.

My Expert Service
I have training as a Marriage and Family therapist, and am experienced helping families and individuals with a variety of issues within the dynamics that occur in family systems. My main focus is helping clients find relief from shame, poor self-worth, and loss of self-respect that comes from behaviors, especially sexual compulsions, defined as shameful by our culture. All individuals have worth and much dysfunction and addiction comes from faulty core beliefs about identity and relationships. My goal is to help people learn to find healthy and productive motivation to overcome discouraging issues.
