Experience & Qualifications

I have 6 years experience in the field of coaching and also sports injury as well as conditioning. I was a high school basketball and conditioning coach for 4 years( 2 years boys and 2 years girls) I was also a volley ball coach. I have extensive personal experience with playing all sports as well as the preseason training regimen for them. I have spoke at sports camps on different topics rainging from nutrition and weght lifting to zone and man defenses.
