I have been an occupational therapist since 1992. My eperience has been in acute care, rehabilitation unit, home care, caregiver training and client training with dementia related disorders and run a business that provide home modifications for disabilities and accessibility.
I can provide advice home safety, fall prevention, caregiver training, durable medical euipment needs and how to obtain them, referrals to appropriate care needs in healthcare or the community, advice on activities of daily living, and how to adapt your techniques and/or the environment to maximize safety and independence.
