Remote Desktop Support is the management and maintenance of computers to ensure the maximum amount of in service time. As we talk or chat we can establish a connection between our computers allowing me to work on it as if I was sitting with you. Ensuring that virus and other forms of malware do not limit computer performance or reduce system usable time. Most work is completed when the system is not in use. This allows for the users to remain productive. But if you would rather watch me work taht if great. I can also teach many basic computer skills.

Experience & Qualifications

CompTIA A+RSS Certified, 10 years of experience in on-site and remote desktop system support. Have worked as a Desktop Support Technician for both large and small networks. Smallest network 4 systems with the largest network having 512 computers and 543 users. Provided on demand desktop support with and without telephone communication. Major duties include remote imaging and system setup. Remote installation of software applications. Remote system monitoring and management to ensure patches and updates were installed and functioning. Setup of application to run and update on a specified schedule.
