The yoga practice can help an individual to manage his diseases effectively , elevate the level of vitality, rejuvenate the body and achieve the better state of being leading to a blissful life.
The system which we are going to follow is simple, practical and effective.
The overview of the hatha-yoga system that we are going to follow is:
1.A brief discussion on the state, capacity and goal of the individual.
2.Eliminating/controlling the disease if any.
3.Lifestyle and diet modifications.
4.Formulation of the practice which contains suitable series of asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques),mudra (gesture), bandha(locks) and other kriyas such as shatkarma.
5. Advanced practices can be started with appropriate preparations.

Experience & Qualifications

I have learned yoga under the direct guidance of authentic masters. The authentic system does not support a few hundred hours of yoga certification course. It is taught in a unique way to understand every individual's STATE.
I have over 5 years of experience in traditional hatha-yoga.
