I work with college students who are overwhelmed by the demands of college, family, and work commitments, and would like to live a balanced life.
What separates my service from the competition’s is that I use coaching and hypnosis to help students manage stress now and develop coping skills for the future. Because of this, clients find it takes less time and less effort to change their college years from a time of stress, failure, and isolation, into a more enjoyable, productive, and successful life. A time worth living.

Experience & Qualifications

I began coaching in 1995 as a career coach for people with neurological disorders; specifically, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, and high functioning autism. In 2007 I began life and career coaching college students, both with and without disabilities. I also served six months as a volunteer answering a crisis line. Areas covered include marriage and family, career choice, work-life coaching, college-life coaching, and wellness coaching.
I am a member of the International Federation of Coaches and adhere to their teachings, philosophies, and ethical standards.
I am also a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and have been practicing hypnosis for about a year now. I have assisted with memory retention & recall, anxiety, self esteem, & reaching goals. YES, YOU CAN BE HYPNOTIZED OVER THE PHONE.
